1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remote Fasiti AI ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Course Content & Intellectual Property

Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By publishing on Remote Fasiti AI, instructors grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute, and display their content to enrolled students. Students may access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Paid Services & Deliverables

Every payment on the Platform is for a defined, concrete deliverable — not a tip, donation, or general subscription to a profile. By making a payment you are purchasing one or more of the following:

• Software processing credits — pre-paid credits consumed to run AI generation, rendering, grading, transcription, or similar compute jobs.
• Custom AI model training — a defined work-for-hire job to train, fine-tune, or adapt an AI model to your specifications, delivered as a trained model artefact.
• Commercial licensing rights — a licence to commercially use specified visual or audio content generated through the Platform, subject to the licence terms stated at checkout.
• Access to licensed digital content — time-limited or perpetual access to a specific course, prompt kit, or other digital asset offered by a contributor.

The exact deliverable, scope, and price are confirmed at checkout before payment is taken. Paid credits are non-refundable once consumed; unused credits remain available on your account. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.

Contributor compensation is paid as a royalty distribution on licensed asset sales, a vendor payment for a completed custom AI job, or a revenue share on digital content sales — not as peer-to-peer money transfers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials or course materials without authorisation
• Submitting plagiarised assignments or falsifying quiz responses
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to compromise the Platform's security

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to purchased courses may be revoked at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Remote Fasiti AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of Nigeria.
